Rapid Kinetic Stopped-Flow Device

SFM-3000: Third-generation stopped-flow system, featuring stepper motor-driven independent control of syringes. Continuously adjustable mixing ratio from 1:1 to 1:100 without hardware replacement. Ultra-low dead volume (down to 88 μL) and dead time (200 μs), suitable for rapid reaction studies such as protein folding and enzyme kinetics.

Rapid Mixing Functions: Supports temperature jump modes (e.g., heating or cooling during mixing), chemical quenching, optical quenching, and cryogenic quenching to meet diverse reaction condition requirements.

Spectroscopic Detection Unit

UV-Vis Detection Module: Covers a wavelength range of 190–600 nm, enabling real-time monitoring of absorbance changes (e.g., protein conformational changes or metal complex reactions).

Fluorescence Detection Module: Equipped with high-sensitivity photodetectors (e.g., photomultiplier tubes (PMT) or silicon photodiodes (SPD)) and bandpass optical filters to enhance signal-to-noise ratio. Ideal for detecting fluorescence-labeled biomolecules (e.g., DNA/RNA binding interactions).

Temperature Control System
