主要功能及特色

华之尊激光切割机性能特点如下：
1）四开门设计
机箱设计采用四门全开、无限延展设计，前后左右均可无限延展，扩大了材料容纳尺寸空间。
2）圆弧优化系统
让曲线以直线等速的方式加工，提高曲线的加工性能，最大限度提高曲线的加工速度，同时保证曲线的加工质量。
3）探针式自动对焦
探针接触感应加工物体表面，自动计算、调整焦距
4）伺服电机系统
采用高品质无刷伺服电机，保证高精度、高速度和运行稳定性。
5）直线磁栅编码系统
采用非接触感应技术雷尼绍直线磁栅编码系统，能精密反馈雕刻位置，修正尺寸误差，提高切割精度。
6）侧吹泵浦
可以隔绝烟尘，保护镜片，同时可以瞬间冷却加工表面，减少融化，烧焦等现象，防止材料起火燃烧。
7）无缝对接直接输出
工作时仿若打印机工作原理一般 ， 通过打印直接输出所需加工文档， 无需转换； 避免图形在转化过程中失真，从而使产品精度得到更高保证。
The performance characteristics of huazhizun laser cutting machine are as follows:
1) Space expansion design

2) Probe autofocus
The probe can calculaters and adjusts the focal length automatically after contacting the surface of the object.
3) Servo motor system
High quality brushless servo motor is adopted to ensure high precision, high speed and operation stability.
4) Linear magnetic grating coding system
Non-contact induction technology is adopted to feed back the engraving position accuratelly, correct the size error and improve the cutting accuracy.
5) Side blown pump
For protecting the lens, the side blown pump is adopted to isolate smoke and dust, and it can also be used to cool the processing surface and prevent the material from burning at the same time.
6) Simplify file transfer
Adopting the way of loading plug-in in CAD to transfer cutting file can transfer the cutting file immediately after completing the drawing, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
