主要功能及特色

Features and application:
The SECM scanning electrochemical microscope integrates positioning system, double potentiostat and ultra-microelectrode probe. The positioning system makes the probe close to the surface of the sample. The double potentiostat polarizes the sample and the probe respectively, and measures the current generated by the two. The probe is a special conical polished ultramicroelectrode with an active radius less than 100 μ M. The positioning system can detect the micro area signal and map the position, using the measuring probe to scan, to measure the electrochemical parameters and create the micro area electrochemical activity data map.
As the imaging mechanism is electrochemistry, the application of SECM is as diverse as that of electrochemistry itself. In some key areas, such as biosensor, reaction kinetics, porous membrane research, fuel cell catalyst and corrosion mechanism, it has played an important role.
