"The ABI QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System is the latest product in the QuantStudio® system series. An advanced touch screen is used to make it easier to set up and run experiments. It is a simple and cost-effective Real-Time PCR System, providing excellent performance and quality.
• The 96-well format has six excitation filters (450–680 nm) and six emission filters (500–730 nm), and the 384-well format has five excitation filters (450–650 nm) and five emission filters (500–700 nm), calibrated form FAM/SYBR Green, VIC, ABY/NED/TAMRA, Jun/ROX dyes, and Cy5/Mustang Purple dyes.
