The BGB-F Interchangeable Bowl High-Efficiency Coating Machine is primarily used in pharmaceutical and food industries. It is an integrated mechatronic coating equipment that meets GMP requirements, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, safety, and cleanliness. It is suitable for organic film coating, water-soluble film coating, sustained-release and controlled-release coating, drop pill coating, sugar coating, as well as chocolate and candy coating of tablets, pills, and confectionery products.

片剂在洁净、密闭的旋转滚筒内在流线型导流板作用下不停地作复杂的轨迹运动，在运动过程中，按工艺流程和合理的工艺参数，自动喷洒包衣介质，同时在负压状态下供给热风，热风通过素片从素片层底部排出，使喷洒在片剂表面的包衣介质得到快速、均匀的干燥，形成坚固光滑的表面薄膜。
Tablets continuously move in complex trajectories within the clean and enclosed rotating drum under the guidance of streamlined baffles. During this movement, the coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and optimized parameters. Simultaneously, hot air is supplied under negative pressure, passing through the tablet bed and exhausting from the bottom. This ensures rapid and uniform drying of the coating medium sprayed on the tablet surfaces, resulting in a strong and smooth film coating.
