Principle: Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) is a technique that utilizes the Brownian motion characteristics of nanoparticles to measure their size, distribution, and concentration. This method involves illuminating a nanoparticle suspension with a laser beam, capturing the scattered light signals from the nanoparticles, and employing a high-resolution imaging system to track the particles' movement trajectories within the suspension. By analyzing these trajectories in conjunction with the Stokes-Einstein equation, the hydrodynamic diameter of the particles can be calculated, thereby providing information on particle size, size distribution, and concentration.
