The Gentaur Real-Time qPCR system supports high sensitivity, accuracy, and reliability. It can provide temperature control accuracy up to ±0.1℃, temperature uniformity up to ±0.1℃, repeatability up to CV≤0.15%, heating rate up to 4.8℃/s, and a wider wavelength range (290-800nm), with the ability to switch freely between 96 and 384 channels.
支持常规定性定量（绝对定量、相对定量）、熔解曲线分析、终点法基因分析、阴阳性判读功能外，还支持高分辨率熔解曲线分析，对已知或未知基因突变进行基因扫描。升温速率：4.8℃/秒；控温误差最小:£0.1 ℃；温度均一性最好:0.1 ℃；孔间检测的重复性最好:CV≤0.15%；波长范围更宽：290－800nm；用户可自行在96和384通道内切换，使用灵活。
