主要功能及特色

本试验室为 3HP 家用空调焓差试验室,由室内侧及室外侧组成,可进行窗机、立柜机、挂壁机、全热交换器、风机盘管、组合空调、新风机组等空调器制冷量、制热量以及其它各种性能的测试。本试验室可进行空调焓差性能试验,同时可进行风量试验, 满足 GB7725 季节能效相关标准的测试。另外增加一套独立的水系统设备,在室内侧设置连接口,可以满足对风机盘管测试。本试验自动工况控制;测试软件具备良好的人机对话功能,能够实时显示所有参数变化曲线,自动坐标变化,同时实时放大和打印各种曲线的组合、实验报告;所有曲线和报告自动存盘,能够通过查询系统查询所有实验的曲线和各种数据;软件应具有数据库基本功能,能对实验数据进行排序、筛选、对比、绘制数据曲线;实验结束可自动停机,可打印实验报告。

The 3HP Enthalpy Difference Laboratory for Domestic Air Conditioners consists of an indoor side and an outdoor side, which can test the cooling capacity, heating capacity and other performances of air conditioners, such as window units, cabinet units, wall-mounted units, total heat exchangers, fan coils, combined air conditioners, and fresh air units. This laboratory can carry out the enthalpy difference performance test of air conditioners, and at the same time can carry out the air volume test, which can satisfy the test of GB7725 seasonal energy-efficiency related standards. In addition, a set of independent water system equipment is added, and a connection port is set on the indoor side, which can meet the test of fan coiler. The test is controlled by automatic working conditions; the test software can display all the parameter change curves in real time and change the coordinates automatically, and at the same time zoom in and print the combinations of various curves and experimental reports in real time; all the reports are automatically stored on the disk, and all the experimental curves and all kinds of data can be queried through the query system; the software should have the basic functions of a database, and the experimental data can be sorted, screened, compared, and data curves can be plotted; the experiment can be automatically stopped at the end and the printout can be printed. The end of the experiment can automatically stop, can print the experiment report.
本测试装置是建立在空气焓值差法基础上的,即通过测量被测空调器室内侧进出空气的焓值 差及循环风量来测量被测空调器的制冷/热量。由于空气焓值目前无直接测量设备,只能间接测量获 得,需测量当地大气压力、空气干球温度、湿球温度才能求出;空调器循环风量测试采用喷嘴压差 法,即通过测量空气经过喷嘴的压力降及喷嘴前的空气参数来间接计算出空气流量。 上图为主要设备布置图,空气焓值法试验装置主要有绝热库房、空气再处理装置、空气取样装置、空气接收混合装置、风量测量装置及电气控制六部分组成,空气再处理装置为空气焓值法各种试验提供环境条件,其应包括空气冷却、除湿、加湿、加热及循环设备;空气取样装置用来取样并测量空气的温度及湿球温度,一般需要测试房间空调器室内侧进/出风口空气的参数及外侧进风口 空气的参数;接收室压力计用来测量空调器出风口的压力,通过调节调零风机的风量,使此压力与 当地大气压力相同,这样可以保证空调器出风不受测试装置影响。

This test device is based on the air enthalpy difference method, i.e., the cooling/heating capacity of the air conditioner under test is measured by measuring the enthalpy difference between the air entering and leaving the room side of the air conditioner under test and the circulating air volume. Since there is no direct measurement equipment for air enthalpy, it can only be obtained by indirect measurement, which requires the measurement of local atmospheric pressure, air dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature; the circulating air volume of the air conditioner is tested by the nozzle pressure difference method, which indirectly calculates the air flow rate through the measurement of pressure drop of air passing through the nozzle and the air parameters in front of the nozzle. The above figure is the main equipment layout, air enthalpy test device mainly has an adiabatic storage room, air reprocessing device, air sampling device, air receiving and mixing device, air volume measurement device and electrical control of six parts, air reprocessing device for air enthalpy method to provide environmental conditions for a variety of tests, which should include air cooling, dehumidification, humidification, heating and circulating equipment; air sampling device is used to sample and measure the air temperature and wet bulb temperature, the air sampling device is used to sample and measure the air temperature and wet bulb temperature.
