1. Applicable media and test types
(1) Test medium combination: heat exchange between refrigerant, water and air (such as refrigerant-water, refrigerant-air, water-air).
(2) Test mode:
Evaporation test (refrigerant evaporation heat exchange): Applicable to evaporator performance test.
Condensation test (refrigerant condensation heat exchange): Applicable to condenser performance test.
Air-water heat exchange test: such as cold water coil and hot water coil performance test.
(3) Compatible refrigerants: R134a, R410A, R454B, R1234ze, R513a, R32, etc.

2. System configuration and process
(1) Dual system design:
Large system: The refrigerant flow is regulated by the refrigerant pump and the water flow is controlled by the water pump.
Small system: The refrigerant flow is regulated by the expansion valve and the water flow is controlled by the three-way valve.
(2) Key process components:
Refrigerant cycle: refrigerant pump, mass flow meter, heater, auxiliary heat exchanger, subcooler.
Pressure regulation: The outlet pressure is controlled by the three-way regulating valve of the auxiliary heat exchanger.
(3) Dryness control:
Evaporation test: The front heater adjusts the inlet dryness.
Condensation test: The reheater adjusts the inlet dryness.

3. Control and regulation capabilities
(1) Pressure control: The outlet pressure of the heat exchanger is adjusted by the three-way regulating valve of the auxiliary heat exchanger (depending on the low-temperature water tank).
(2) Flow control:
Large system: refrigerant pump (refrigerant flow), water pump (water flow).
Small system: expansion valve (refrigerant flow), three-way valve (water flow).
(3) Temperature and dryness control:
The front heater (evaporation test) or reheater (condensation test) adjusts the refrigerant inlet dryness.
The outlet dryness is determined by the air side/water side heat exchange amount.

4. Main equipment components
(1) Control cabinet: responsible for system start and stop, temperature/pressure regulating valve control, etc.
(2) Refrigerant system: refrigerant circulation, heating, cooling, pressure/temperature control.
