1260 Infinity II Isocratic Pump, maximum pressure 600bar. Includes

solvent bottles and CAN cable.
Mobile Phase: The solvent should be of HPLC-grade purity and needs to be filtered before use.
Pump: It is a binary pump, the 1260 Pump with model G7111. The flow rate setting range is 0 - 10 ml/min, and the pressure limit is 0 - 200 bar.
Pressure Limit: The upper and lower pressure limits should be set reasonably. The upper pressure limit (Max) should not exceed the maximum pressure that the column and the instrument can withstand. Generally, it should be set about 20 bar higher than the normal analysis pressure. The lower pressure limit (Min) is usually set about 20 bar lower than the normal analysis pressure.
Autosampler: There are two sample trays, P1 and P2. The input format is, for example, P1-A1, which represents position A1 in the front sample tray of the first-layer drawer, and the rear sample tray of the first layer is P2. The model is G7129A 1260 Vialsampler, with an injection volume range of 0 - 100 microliters.
Column Oven: It is temperature-controllable within the range of 4 - 85℃. The model is G7116A 1260MCT.
Detector Parameters
There are two detectors. One is a UV detector with the model 1260VWD G7114A. The wavelength setting range is 190 - 600 nm.
The other is an RID (Refractive Index Detector) with the model 1260RID G7162A. This detector can only be used for isocratic elution. It is recommended to set the detector temperature at least 5°C higher than the room temperature.
