The in vivo electrophysiological recording system mainly consists of Digitimer’s NeuroLog System, data acquisition device Micro1401 and Spike2 software.
Digitimer’s NeuroLog System includes NL109 Bridge Amplifier, NL106 AC/DC Amplifier, NL125/126 Filter (Low-cut, High-cut and 50/60Hz notch), NL100AK Pre Amp First Stage for NL104A - 2m and so on. As a fully modular device, Digitimer’s NeuroLog System is suitable for a diverse range of roles, including amplification, intracellular and extracellular recording, pulse and train generation, spike detection, electrical stimulation, multi-channel isolated EMG and EEG recording, pressure or other transducer recordings and more. And it can offer many advantages over other non-modular instruments.
Micro1401 records waveform data, digital (event) and label information, and can synchronously output waveform and digital signal.
Spike2 software is a data acquisition and analysis software with split-screen display. Combined with POWER-3 and Micro-3 data collectors, it can collect various physiological signal data and synchronous trigger signal, and output various complex stimulator waveform and synchronous trigger signal.

The system is designed to detect and record in real time evoked potential activity in the brain and peripheral nervous system of awake and free-moving animals such as bees. It can effectively combine with the experimental methods of genetics, pharmacology and behavior to study the encoding mode of the nervous system for a specific function or behavior under certain conditions and the basic mechanism of the influence of intervention means.
