工业互联网综合实训台是以海尔卡奥斯工业互联网平台为基础构建的基于云架构实训平台。包含网络、数据、平台等工业互联网关键模块。以离散制造全流程体验为场景,满足工业互联网实训过程中全流程参与互动的教学体验。
实训平台以三轴孔明锁装配为场景,通过物联网、大数据、云计算等技术手段,构建基于数据采集、分析的服务场景,展现新工业革命数字化、网络化、智能化特征。整个工艺流程包含原材料库取料,检测、装配、成品检测、成品入库等环节。融合机器视觉、机器人、输送模组、工装夹具等工业元素,构建基于云架构的工业互联网实训平台。



The Industrial Internet Comprehensive Training Platform is a cloud-based training platform built upon the Haier COSMOPlat Industrial Internet Platform. It encompasses critical modules of the Industrial Internet such as networks, data, and platforms. By simulating the entire process of discrete manufacturing, it offers a fully interactive and immersive teaching experience throughout the training process of the Industrial Internet.

Centered around the assembly of a three-axis Kongming Lock, the training platform utilizes technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cloud computing to create service scenarios based on data collection and analysis, showcasing the digitalization, networking, and intellectualization characteristics of the new industrial revolution. The entire process covers stages such as raw material retrieval from the warehouse, inspection, assembly, finished product inspection, and finished product storage. By integrating industrial elements like machine vision, robots, conveyor modules, and tooling fixtures, the platform constructs a cloud-based Industrial Internet training environment.
