The non-C3 screw, with pre-drawn structure, eliminates part of the thermal extension, the screw bearing adopts self-lubrication, prolong the bearing life.
The tool library adopts 24 knife arm type tool library of the platform group, which has reliable quality and stable performance.
The spindle adopts the high-speed spindle unit of Taiwan group, with BT40-12000r/min straight head, the spindle front end adopts maze design, and with air curtain protection function, to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
The displacement type and forced lubricating oil system are equipped to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
The machine tool chip discharge standard with both sides of the slope after flushing chip discharge, water tank rear design, automation, humanization, high efficiency. The structure of double water tank filtration system provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
Equipped with high performance central China CNC HNC-818D system, to ensure the stability of machine control, but also to ensure the user requirements of CNC processing functions and auxiliary functions.
Conditions of work
(1) Three-phase AC power supply: 380V±5%; 50Hz±1Hz, main power cord, ground wire 10mm² or larger.
(2) Ambient temperature: it is necessary to maintain the ambient temperature of 17 ~ 25℃, if the processing parts accuracy requirements are not high, can be relaxed to 5 ~ 40℃. Storage or transportation temperature -20 ~ 60℃. ;
(3) Room temperature change: the ambient temperature change within ±2℃ within 24 hours;
(4) Relative humidity: within 75% (no condensation);
(5) Altitude: below 1000m;
(6) Vibration: 0.2G or less;
(7) Foundation requirements: bearing capacity of more than 50KN/m²;
(8) Away from light source, vibration source and heat source, away from high frequency power generator, discharge motor, welding machine, etc., to avoid electrical interference caused by machine tool NC system failure.
