The 2D Material Transfer Platform is designed for precisely placing qualified samples onto substrates, enabling multi-directional and multi-angle relative movement. It significantly simplifies the stacking process while allowing maximum flexibility in designing device structures and layering sequences.
The substrate can be securely held via vacuum adsorption while undergoing operations such as heating. With its compact design, the platform can be easily operated inside a glovebox, ensuring an air-isolated environment and making it suitable for a broader range of material research applications.
