主要功能及特色

PN-12型导电类型鉴别仪采用整流法(也称三探针法)和温差法(也称冷热探笔法来判断单晶(或多晶)硅的导电类型(N型或P型)，用N型和P型显示屏直接显示单晶(或多晶)导电类型。

The PN-12 Type Conduction Type Tester employs the rectification method (also known as the three-probe method) and the thermoelectric method (referred to as the hot and cold probe method) to determine the conduction type (N-type or P-type) of single-crystal (or polycrystalline) silicon. The conduction type of the single-crystal (or polycrystalline) is directly displayed on the N-type and P-type display screens.
