主要功能及特色

本测控系统核心器件采用美国ADI公司最新型超高精度24位AD，采样速率400次/秒时全程不分档分辨率为200000分度。并采用6点校准技术进一步提高精度，使力量采集精度达到国家一级标准。位移计数采用独立的大规模可编程逻辑器件实现，无丢失计数速度高达50MHz，可正负计数。高清晰大屏幕蓝色LCD显示屏（240×64点阵），直接输入试验参数，全中文操作界面层层提示，用户无需操作手册即可轻松操作。另外还可通过RS232串口与PC机通讯，配上专用的PK2100Pro专业豪华版测控软件，实时显示力－位移、力－时间、位移－时间、应力－应变等曲线，自动计算最大力、屈服力、平均力、最大变形、屈服点、弹性模量等参数，并具有灵活的报表编辑和打印功能。输出控制方式可任意配置为脉冲输出方式控制伺服电机或是0~6V电压输出方式控制变频电机实现无级调速，另还有上升、停止及下降继电器输出。
