要求:
1)小车移动范围: 500mm,最大行程处须安装限位开关
2)小车最大速度: 1.5m/s
3)小车最大加速度: 5m/s^2
4)须有必要的保护机制,如急停;整机,包括电控和机械部分,需置于保护外壳内,因装置 工 作 时 机 械 部分涉及高速( 1.5 m/s maximum),以及电控部分为高压(220V)。故装置运行时须避免实验人员触碰。

B&R Anti-Shake System Quantity: 5 sets
B&R Anti-Shake system test bench is used to realize the corresponding experiments of anti-sway control, inverted pendulum and other functions. It is mainly composed of three parts: synchronous motor, linear guide rail and pendulum. The motor drives the trolley to move on the guide rail to realize the motion control of the pendulum.
Requirements:
1) Trolley movement range: 500mm, limit switch must be installed at the maximum stroke
2) Maximum speed of the trolley: 1.5m/s
3) Maximum acceleration of the trolley: 5m/s^2
4) Necessary protection mechanisms must be provided, such as emergency stop; the whole machine, including the electronic control and mechanical parts, must be placed in a protective casing, because the mechanical part of the device involves high speed (1.5 m/s maximum) when the device is working, and the electronic control part is high voltage (220V). Therefore, the experimenter must avoid touching the device when it is running.
