三.主要配置及参数
1.套管式换热器、板式换热器、列管式换热器。
2.换热器壳程和管程采用304不锈钢材质。三台换热器冷、热流体进口和出口测温点共12个,冷热流体进口压力测点共2个。
3.冷、热水箱:箱体采用304不锈钢材质,冷水箱尺寸600×600×450mm,热水箱尺寸450×160×300mm,配有液位计。
4.冷热两用增压水泵:流量1.5m³/h、扬程15m。热水泵:允许工作水温<80℃。冷水泵:冷水温度30~45℃。
5.转子流量计2个:LZB-15、水、20℃、40-400L/h、测量准确度1L,用于冷、热水的测量。
6.压力表:2个,冷水进水压力表,热水进水压力表,精度等级:1.6级,量程:0~0.25Mpa。
7.电加热棒:U型电加热,加热功率:1500W。
8.调压模块无级(固态继电器):无极调节加热模块。
9.温度传感器13个:K型热电偶。
10.微电脑温度控制器:自带一根NTC温度传感器,温度测量范围:-30~300℃,分辨率:0.1%,测温精度:±1℃,输入电源220VAC±10%,50/60HZ,测量输入:1根NTC温度传感器(自带),输出:1路继电器输出,继电器容量5A、10A可选配。
11.阀门:304不锈钢材质,调节、冷、热媒水的流量。
12.16路万能信号输入巡检仪。
13.电源控制系统:漏电保护器、带灯自锁按钮开关、温控仪1只、线槽等组成,控制箱面板采用铝质凹字技术制作。
14.304不锈钢安装控制柜(30*30mm不锈钢方管、配脚轮均为万向轮带禁锢脚)。

III. Main configuration and parameters
1. Casing heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger, tube heat exchanger.
2. The heat exchanger shell and tube are made of 304 stainless steel. Three heat exchangers cold and hot fluid inlet and outlet temperature measurement points totaling 12, cold and hot fluid inlet pressure measurement points totaling 2.
3. Cold and hot water tank: the tank is made of 304 stainless steel, the cold water tank size 600×600×450mm, the hot water tank size 450×160×300mm, equipped with a liquid level meter.
4. hot and cold pressurized water pump: flow rate 1.5m³/h, head 15 m. Hot water pump: allow working water temperature <80 ℃. Cold water pump: cold water temperature 30~45℃.
