1.装置整体配置有多处温度、压力测点,试验压力小于0.3Mpa,温度小于130℃。
2.装置测量:温度测量点≥4套,压力测量点2个。
3.供水:需要外接自来水。实验室需要有排水系统。
4.工作电源:AC380V±10%、50Hz,三相五线制,功率9.5KW。安全保护:具有接地保护、漏电保护、过流保护。
5.电源线路及控制线的安装:须使用环保阻燃电气配线槽,规范整理符合国家标准,具有绝缘、防弧、阻燃自熄等特点,布线整齐,安装可靠,便于查找、维修和调换线路。
6.装置外形尺寸:1450×550×1600mm。
二.主要配置及参数
1.蒸汽发生器1个:配有隔热装置、液位显示装置、放空阀、进水管路、缓冲装置(配有安全防护装置1套)。
2.加热管:功率≥5KW。
3.套管换热器1个:内铜管,外304不锈钢管,有效换热长度≥300mm。
4.汽水分离罐1个:压力可调。
5.冷凝水液位保持罐1个:可观察罐内凝结水的液位高度。
6.水蒸汽过冷器1个:内部配置冷却装置。
7.压力表2块:-0.1~0.3MPa,0.01MPa/格,精度级别1.6级。
8.压力显示及控制系统1套:-0.1~0.3MPa,0.01MPa/格,AC380V,30VA,高低压可调节,精度级别1.6级。
9.可控硅调压模块1个:无级调节加热。
10.温度检测装置:量程-200~420℃,数量≥4套。
11.多通道温度显示系统1套。
12.不锈钢管路、不锈钢闸阀、不锈钢三通、1/2不锈钢活接。
13.电源控制系统:双面亚光密纹喷塑电控箱1只、漏电保护器(德力西)、电压表、带灯自锁按钮开关(正泰)、调节旋钮、线槽等组成,控制箱面板采用铝质凹字技术制作。
14.304不锈钢安装控制柜(30*30mm不锈钢方管、配脚轮均为万向轮带禁锢脚)。
