The laser cladding platform is an integrated additive manufacturing system that combines a high-energy laser heat source, precise wire feeding, and intelligent 3D path control. It possesses dual core capabilities: “laser cladding surface strengthening” and “near-net-shape 3D printing,” making it a critical piece of equipment for high-end manufacturing and rapid production of complex components.
This platform utilizes high-power continuous/pulsed lasers as its energy source. Through a precision wire feeding system, it stably delivers metal wires (such as titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, etc.) into the laser focal zone. This causes the wire and substrate (or existing formed layer) to rapidly melt and achieve metallurgical bonding.
