主要功能及特色

The ZB3040H high-precision screen printing table is designed specifically for the printing requirements of solder paste or red glue on single-sided and double-sided circuit boards. The working platform is made of high-quality aluminum with a honeycomb positioning hole design, while the base is welded from thick steel plates, making it sturdy, stable, and durable. Its features are as follows:
1.The circuit board is positioned using locating pins, push pins, and a fixing plate, which facilitates positioning and ensures repeatable operational accuracy.
2.The stencil alignment is achieved by moving the steel mesh, combined with X and Y axis micro-adjustments on the printing platform, making it convenient and quick.
3.The mesh support uses a screw rod for height adjustment, allowing easy control of PCB thickness and the amount of solder paste printed.
4.The printing screen is secured by four knobs with pressure plates, ensuring quick and firm fixation.

ZB3040H高精密丝印台主要是针对单双面线路板锡膏或红胶印刷要求而设计的一款精密印刷产品。工作平台选用优质铝板蜂窝状定位孔加工，底座采用加厚钢板焊接成型，结实稳固，经久耐用。其特点如下：
1.线路板采用定位针、顶针和固定板定位，既方便定位，又能保证重复操作精度。
2.校版方式通过钢网移动，并结合印刷平台的X、Y轴微调校正，方便快捷。
3.钢网支架采用螺旋丝杆，可上下调节高度，方便控制PCB厚度及印刷锡膏的量。
