主要功能及特色

1.ATR8700将显微镜及拉曼光谱仪两者的优点结合。显微拉曼检测平台使得“所见即所测”成为可能,可视化的精确定位拉曼检测平台,使得观测者可以检测样品上不同表面状态的拉曼信号,并可在计算机上同步显示所检测位置的微区形态,极大便利了拉曼微区检测。
2.ATR8700可以进行批量实验、均匀性扫描等,无需等待,且可以获得高可靠性的扫描成像拉曼数据。其配备专门为拉曼系统设计的物镜,使得激光光斑接近衍射极限,再通过500万相机将焦点信息准确直观的显示在电脑上。克服了普通的拉曼系统中收集拉曼信号的焦面稍高于或稍低于实际最佳焦面的问题,从而提高拉曼光谱质量。
3.ATR8700配备专门为显微拉曼系统优化的的光谱仪,可实现超高的光谱分辨率。光谱仪内置多片光栅,光栅及其转动角度可以软件设置,以达到不同分辨率和不同波数范围的要求。

1.ATR8700 combines the advantages of both microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The microscopic Raman detection platform makes “what you see is what you measure” possible, and the visualization of the precise positioning of the Raman detection platform allows the observer to detect the Raman signals of different surface states on the sample, and can be synchronized to display the micro-region morphology of the detected position on the computer, which greatly facilitates the detection of the Raman micro-region.
2.ATR8700 can perform batch experiments, uniformity scanning, etc., without waiting, and can obtain highly reliable scanning imaging Raman data. It is equipped with objective lens specially designed for Raman system, which makes the laser spot close to the diffraction limit, and then the focus information is accurately and intuitively displayed on the computer through the 5 million camera. It overcomes the problem that the focal plane for collecting Raman signals is slightly higher or lower than the actual optimal focal plane in common Raman systems, thus improving the quality of Raman spectra.
3.ATR8700 is equipped with a spectrometer specially optimized for microscopic Raman system, which can achieve ultra-high spectral resolution. The spectrometer has built-in multiple gratings, and the gratings and their rotation angles can be set by software to meet the requirements of different resolutions and different wave number ranges.
