1.Feeding and discharging on single side. The instrument has 16 punch heads, the maximum output can reach 100,000 tablets per hour.
2. Max. filling depth is 20mm, Tablet thickness range is 0.5-8.5mm, Max. Tablet Diameter is 16mm.
3.The main engine can be operated with/without hand wheel and uses the motor for main pre-pressure adjustment and metering, with the adjustment accuracy of 0.01mm.
4. Tablet weight difference control: The average tablet weight control accuracy is within ±2%; when the weight of a single tablet is less than 0.3g, the tablet weight difference is controlled within 5%. When the weight of a single tablet is no less than 0.3g, the tablet weight difference is controlled within ±3%.
5.Due to the clearance fit between the feeder bottom plate surface and the upper surface of the middle turret (clearance≥0.05mm) and the effect of the powder scraper, the dumping and leakage of powder no longer exist. The tablet press is also suitable for the pressing of raw powder and superfine materials and enjoys high utilization rate of materials, which is conducive to achieve stable tablet weight.
