It delivers standard waveforms (sine, square wave, etc.) with frequencies up to 50 MHz, while arbitrary waveforms can reach up to 25 MHz. The instrument boasts excellent signal quality: at 50 MHz, typical harmonic suppression is better than -50 dBc, and typical single-sideband phase noise at a 1 GHz offset is better than -128 dBc/Hz.
