Ultraviolet Ozone Cleaner (UVO) is a simple, cost-effective, and highly efficient surface-cleaning device that rapidly removes organic contaminants from most inorganic substrates such as quartz, silicon wafers, gold, nickel, aluminum, gallium arsenide, and alumina.

紫外臭氧清洗机（UVO），是一种简单，经济，快速高效的材料表面清洗设备，能快速去除大多数无机基材（比如石英，硅片，金，镍，铝，砷化镓，氧化铝等）上的有机污染物。

产品特点
1、UVO基础型采用可编程数字控制器，设置操作简单方便，四键操作控制。UVOP和UVOT系列采用5寸彩色触摸屏设置显示计时时间及加热温度。
2、自动补偿功能，自动恒定光强光密度，不会因为低压汞灯老化光强衰减影响清洗效果。
3、数字倒计时显示清洗时间，1-999分钟之间可自行设置清洗时间。
4、可随时手动中断处理过程。
5、自动记录之前清洗参数设置。
6、样品台可控温（可选），控温范围RT-260℃，控温精度0.1℃。
7、顶置下压式铰链开关盖方式，操作简单方便。
